Great food, poor service. Made 2 orders to be delivered to the same table inside the restaurant from the app. 1 came within minutes, fine. The other didn’t come, after 30 minutes so asked the guy at the desk, he said we shouted you many times. I told him I put in to be delivered to table 7, like the other I made. but he totally ignored this. He didn’t seem to understand that his system could have possibly made a mistake not telling him to deliver to table 7. Didn’t apologise, but did reluctantly remake the order. Not the usual good customer I see at every other McDonalds. Checking out the food at a clown-bssed American fast-food restaurant in Wales. Was a little more expensive but tasted really close to the original. Can't be too sure since I can't remember the last time I went there in the US. The biggest difference was the employees. They were all extremely friendly and appeared to be normal local people who expressed happiness at having a good job nearby. The restroom does need a little more space in the toilets. Mrs. A & I were found ourselves hungry in the Glyn-Neath area, with very limited eating options. NOT really much to say ... the property was convenient to the main road & was in clean condition The are fantastic, the food is normal McDonalds fare, but they do tremendously good work around children's hospitals in giving parents somewhere to stay with sick children at zero cost A popular small overcrowded establishment. We did stop for some food. The drive-thru was full. Parking was full. The interior was full. People sandwich shoulder to shoulder and cars bumper to bumper. Gave up on food. And carried on with the journey. Did use the toilet mind. Great but poor service, seeing my food cooked for a long time until they served it to me with cold coffee, and I had to ask for my because after preparing it they saved it and marked it as delivered without a single apology, they could have at least changed the cold coffee Food was inedible pancakes so hard. Broke plastic fork went for another manager instead of reaching in box directed member to get fork(s) even though she stood right by the box. Gave in chucked all the food and awful chocolate away. Pancakes used to be my fave.... Probably the smallest toilets I've ever seen, my 90 year old dad almost got stuck on the extremely small cubicle. You have to straddle the toilet to open the door. Staff nice though Called for early lunch, before 12pm. Came with cold fries and wrong burger initially. Had to sit at the cleanest table of majority with crumbs and mess on. Food on the floor a member of walked over twice before finally deciding to sweep up 5 mins later. Only sat inside as the van was dirty...should have stayed in the van Like to say how helpfull 1 of the employees at glyneath mcdonalds with 1 of our users is name was willow what a very helpfull kind gentleman he was helping 1 of our clients with his meal on retuning to the works vehicle carrying our disabled meal bk to the mini bus you don't see many kind younge gentlemen like him a massive thank you willow from our user and his credit to you . Wow oh wow, just got told off by a lovely lady called HAZEL for taking my rubbish and tray to the bin!! She came over and told me not to use the bin I went to and said it with right attitude. Maybe put an ‘out of order’ sign on the bin you dont want people using as I’m not psychic! Rude and unprofessional should have just been a slob and left the mess on the table like others. If anyone from this store actually reads this then I suggest you pull HAZEL to one side and maybe offer her some training on being around customers and the correct way to speak to people or maybe the indeed website would better! Rude horrible arrogant woman, avoid!!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻 Great breakfast from drive thru. Somehow we ended up with more food than ordered but I'm not complaining! 😀 Waited a reasonable time for our main food.Went back and ordered 3 McFlurrys and waited approx 20 and more minutes.Only got my.order when I prompted the member. My and other customers orders had disappeared off the board. No apology for the delay..so much for fast food. Worst experience at a McDonald . Buy kids meal with toys and after purchase multiple orders the inform it is no toys in the store and just giving books, I have asked for the manager and her reply was books or nothing and after she got the books back she throw them on the employees preparing desk and go on her office back. I have request her to print a label of no toys in the store to inform the customers and she pretend not hear me. This evening I went to Glynneath McDonald’s with my niece. She accidentally tipped her orange juice on the floor. After calling the lobby worker (I didn’t get a good look at his name but believe it was Keith or Kevin) he was so kind and made my 6 year old niece laugh while helping us while mopping! Big big shout out to this gentleman . You’re fantastic and deserve a pay rise!!!! Food took ages to come. A man was asking for something at the counter he was having trouble communicating. When the man left I could hear the employees making fun of him. Not very good at all.
