Delicious food and coffee Kelso was 8 miles in one direction and Berwick was 12 miles the other way Visited some castles with stunning gardens Heading back soon we loved it that much We absolutely loved our here at Coldstream. After a long drive to get there, we had a very warm welcome at the reception. Our static was fabulous. It was clean, well equipped and the hot tub was a massive bonus. The location of the holiday is for exploring and the village itself has good facilities and is in easy walking distance. I would highly recommend Coldstream Holiday for a lovely, peaceful stay. Stayed 1 night while Cycle Camp Touring. Easy to find off the Kelso Road. Very helplful Warden who showed me to my pitch. Good site and facilities. Picnic Tables near Tent pitches and facilities only a few metres away A bit pricey. Was able to pay over the phone as had to leave early. Would again. An amazing place to visit the staff are and welcoming. The was spacious and beautiful. We had a view, and the hot tub was divine. Our holiday was a relaxing one that was spent mainly on site using the hot tub, and we enjoyed it so much that we look forward to visiting again 😀 Stayed in a with hot tub. Towels were provided too. Hot tub was clean and well looked after. Man checked the hot tub levels daily. The small is a 15 minute walk away. It is very peaceful and there is a little park. I would recommend Coldstream Holiday to anyone who wants a quiet getaway. The pod we stayed in was excellent. Well maintained and kept very clean. It is small, as expected, but had everything we needed for our stay. A decent little kitchen (no oven, just a hob), sofa and TV area, comfy bed and a shower and toilet. The pod also has a hot tub at the side which we loved. The itself is really nice and quiet and is in a location with the being within walking distance. We stayed in a 2 bed luxury with a hot tub. Well equipped clean tidy and cosy. Hot tub was a bonus and was serviced every day, and always warm when we returned after a day sight seeing, it was nicely lit too which was with the dark nights. Site is quiet with only a reception and small play - just the job for a break. Nice river walk yo the from the site. has plenty to see plus 3 takeaways for your treats. The Mad Hatter Tea Room is definitely worth a visit too. It's only an hour from Edinburgh ( car or train) which is certainly worth doing and is beautiful. We would definitely recommend Coldstream Holiday Park. Thank you for a stay. Enjoyed our overall, the staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful, the area was and convenient for travel around the Scottish Borders and beyond . However, the accommodation did not meet our expectations in some areas, it was very cold and neighbouring lodges were very loud especially in the hot tub, the walls were paper thin so the road and outdoor noise could be heard at all times. The hot tub was not private, the steps up to the lodge felt very unsafe and an accident waiting to happen, the WiFi was poor and amenities weren’t great. It felt outdated but acceptable quality for the price. Unfortunately wouldn’t again due to the noise from the road and neighbouring lodges. Second visit to Coldstream. Previously used their camping facilities with our dogs. On this occasion we stayed in “The Retreat” pod. Fantastic accommodation with hot tub.So grateful for glorious weather, tranquil surroundings and plenty of walks with our dogs. Nice touch with doggy welcome pack. Until next time! Just returned from a 2 night in a lodge that sleeps 6. Only 4 of us went and it was ideal size. Beds are ideal for a short stay. It’s very peaceful and relaxing and the hot tub was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly view of the sun set too . Will definitely return Fantastic holiday park. Very quick responses from staff for any queries we had. Glamping pods have everything you need and are and so comfortable. Hot tub was lovely. We will definitely return. 10 minute walk into and a short drive to local attractions: Our accommodation at the was first class. We stayed in the Edmonton Lodge which was stunning. Very spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you could need. Immaculately clean. Our only suggestion would be to have some sort of canopy over the hot tub so that it can be used in all weathers. Very enjoyable short break. We will definitely return. Had a brilliant 2 night in one of their chalets with hot tub. and only a short 10 to 15 minutes walk in to Coldstream. There is a nice walk through woodland to get to the center. The is lovely. Only 1 pub open at the moment but it was nice with nice people and bartender. Definitely visit again soon. We had a fantastic holiday! caravan, hot tub, fire pit and park.
