Very pleased 💪🏼 I ordered a pole section which arrived clearly broken, the packaging itself was visibly damaged on arrival. I contacted Todber Manor Fisheries immediately, providing photos as evidence. Instead of receiving any kind of help or understanding, I was met with insults and verbal abuse. I was accused of being dishonest and even called a thief, with the company claiming I had broken the pole myself in an attempt to scam them - which makes no sense, as the item was rendered unusable. They refused both a refund and a replacement. Thankfully, PayPal reviewed the evidence and issued me a refund. This only triggered more abuse from Todber Manor’s end. I do acknowledge that the damage may have been caused by ParcelForce during transit, which is outside of Todber Manor’s direct control. However, their handling of the situation was absolutely disgraceful. No customer deserves to be treated with such hostility. I will never with them again and strongly advise others to be cautious. I even treated myself to a set of 3 kaizen rods whilst there...top team and very helpful.. Mark was extremely helpful taking the time to show me 6 different rod options to help me with my decision.
