My parents were well looked after and my mum really enjoyed the reflexology package with Kaye. Even my dad enjoyed his head and neck - he said it was very relaxing and lasted the full hour! Plenty of parking. Can highly the package deal as lunch at The Levels was excellent- it is right next door to the spa. They did struggle to get into the pool, so maybe a hand rail would be a good addition? Best I have ever had, totally relaxed almost fell asleep. The whole set up was superb with beautiful scenery, were really nice and so helpful couldn't ask for more. Lunch in the cafe was although we had been before and I highly the burgers. The whole day was fantastic just what we needed, chill out and reset highly. Such a afternoon! We were there from 12-4pm. We had a 60 minute treatment and a 2 course meal, as well as full spa access. Parking was easy and it was not overcrowded at all. The were all very welcoming and professional. We got a and facial combo treatment which was so relaxing. Libby gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had! We were unsure of what to expect as we had never been to such an intimate spa but we were pleasantly surprised. The were very clean and there was plenty of space in the spa. The only tiny suggestion I would have would be an extra bench/chair in the change room to make getting changed a bit easier, but that is so minor. All the services were well timed and prompt. All of the we met were so welcoming and friendly, it’s somewhere I’d definitely return to. Incredible experience. We had booked the 12-4pm Sunday afternoon for £169pp for 4 of us. This included a 2 course lunch, use of and 60 minute treatment. Lunch was in the little cafe next door and tasted great. are small but perfectly sized to feel intimate. Luckily weather was so we could use the hammocks and jacuzzi outside. In the 2 hours we were in there, we only saw 4 other guests so it was very peaceful and felt like we had a private hiring! And everyone raved about their and how they were. All in all a brilliant way to spend the day, would definitely recommend. The 3 tier breakfast was delicious, a start to our spa experience. We arrived for a sunrise package and the sun was shining inside and out of Elements Boutique. We walked in and the spa smelt amazing, the receptionist was so welcoming, an instant wave of relaxation washed over us. The changing area is clean and well stocked. The spa are kept to a very high standard, very modern and clean, everything is always in working order. The Outdoor jacuzzi and cold bucket shower is a must. The morning session was fully booked but it didn't feel too busy at all, they keep numbers low which is brilliant and suits the space well to make it the best experience. We weren't rushed to leave at the end of our time slot and they insisted they wanted us to feel relaxed. Every I've experienced at Elements has been outstanding, they are all very good massures. Reasonably priced and good value for money. I would never choose another spa in this area, and feel it is definitely worth travelling to. I can't wait to go back! One thing I will say is maybe thinking about having a different entrance (maybe at the back of The Levels Kitchen when going for lunch and having a separate area for spa users, rather than coming in the front door and sitting in your robe with all the other dinners who have come just for the Levels Kitchen and not the spa.
