One of the nicest cabins / lodges! We’ve been staying in places like this a couple of times a year for the past 6 years, and this was great value for money for the location it was and the style! The site is easy to navigate and well sign posted, easy to come and go as you need. The cabins were spaced out well enough which was great for privacy. Self check in was easy, additional offers like early check in and birthday packages were reasonably priced. Firstly it still had that wooden cabin feel which was lovely, the was clean, spacious and warm. The kitchen had more than you needed in term of utensils and pots, we even managed to make a roast dinner the Sunday. It had a homely : cosy feel to it, and the TV being on a moving bracket was great for both watching it on the sofa or in bed. The bed was comfortable and came with 2 pillows which is a plus. Very well lit throughout the and decking. The hot tub was easy to use with good instructions, backing on a woodland area. The location was great for us, we visited the 4 waterfalls walk and Henrhyd Falls which were a short drive away. Lots of village pubs in surrounding areas, as well as chain pubs and supermarkets in the town. Would highly recommend this and would stay again if we came back to this area. We had an absolutely blissful weekend away at Heronstone Lodges, Ashleigh and family couldn't do enough to cater to our needs. The was spotlessly clean, warm and homely. Wish we could have stayed longer and will 100% be returning. Thank you for the wonderful memories ❤️ This is our 2nd stay here and it does not disappoint! It’s so peaceful with a covered hot tub so it doesn’t matter about the weather. You can hear all the birds chirping. It’s very clean and cosy. Perfect stay yet again thank you.
