We had a great experience. Booked for the evening of our wedding. Kit arrived on time prior to the event so we had time to get familiar. Also ordered lights and a bubble machine. It was all fantastic! We used these for our evening entertainment at our wedding in May 2025. It was a great for guests to be able to pick what they would like to listen to and this went down really well. The coverage was amazing too - we could still tune in from the other end of the Vineyard. Never take the headphones off though... the singing is questionable! The team were communicative and clear on delivery and return instructions, and everything went as planned. Many thanks for a memorable night! I can’t recommend this company. We hired a large number of headsets and lighting for my wedding last month. Before I sent money across, I was assured that PAT certificates were available for the items. The venue was very clear that anything which must be plugged in must have a PAT certificate so this was key for me. I had to chase the team 4 times to provide PAT certificates whilst juggling 100,000 other things as a busy bride. I finally asked the team not to send the lights if the promised certificates were not available. I was ignored and charged full price. The lights were delivered but unusable. The delivery day for the items was also changed at the last minute by email. Luckily for me my MoH works from home and was able to accommodate the change. As soon as the money has left your hands I felt the experience changed. I will say the team were reasonable when it came to some missing headsets. (There is a HUGE fee for missing items). I really appreciated this. However unfortunately would not choose the same company if looking for headsets again. Absolutely brilliant! From initial enquiry to sending the equipment back the whole experience was super efficient and easy. Great communication at every step, the headsets were clean, charged and working and the instructions on how to use were very clear and to understand. I can definitely recommend Super Silent Discos. The delivery was on time, all equipment was in good order and charge. The instructions were clear and to use. No stress and a great party! Great communication all the way through, to set up with step by step guide. We had drop off and pick from our house, which was also really easy. Used them before and wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend. Deposit was back really quickly too. Five stars!! Best party!!
