The best wellness place in all Slovenia and wider. Very wide choice of saunas, specially like the adult part, no small children to anoy you. Hygiene at very high level. I highly recommend it. Its very nice for couples. My favourite one is the music pool where you can hear music while you lay in shallow water. Just amazing. For sure will wisit it again. Great Spa experience! Price of a day pass on the weekends is 60€ per person and they provide you with a bathrobe and two big towels in a big bag so you can carry it around, I loved the bag for convenience (bring your own pool slippers!). The indoor/outdoor pool area is really nice, the water was really warm and everything was nice and clean. We were here on a Saturday and were worried that it would be crowded but that wasn't the case. The sauna area is what I enjoyed the most. With the Orhidelia pass we could also enter the Termalia spa zone. There are 5 in the Orhidelia section and at least 10 more in the Termalia section. There were also a lot of organized programs in the (relax program, towel whirling show) which was a nice surprise. The cold pools after the sauna were my favorite. In this whole sauna area there are no bathing suit allowed, so if you're shy this might not be the place for you, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The staff is also very polite and helpful. Perfect place to relax! So many and the design is really luxurious . Great spa but avoid the food, we had a club sandwich where the chicken smelled terrible and we had to send it back. Would go again for a relaxing day but lunch at the hotel or elsewhere. There are many facilities. You have an option to participate in special sauna programs. Everything is very clean. FKK is practiced in and jacuzzi. The most underrated wellness i have been to. Its big, beautiful and the staff is very nice. Jodi for meditation was great. Cant believe it has only 4 stars, should have much more. Unfortunately very unfriendly personal at the reception. They denied us the access to the wellness center Orhidelia, unjustified, on the 6th of January because od some public Holliday in Austria. It is not obligatory to reserve wellness access upfront, particularly not on normal working week days as today in Slovenia. We drove 110km, took a day off work and bought the access to the wellness upfront online. I fell miserably and unfairly treated at the reception. Do you deny access also to your Italian, Austrian and Croatian guests? I will never return as a guest again. The spa’s interior is beautiful but for this price is way too expensive. It has two floors but you can only use the ground with swim dresses on, the first floor is the NAKED area including the and some pools. When we bought the tickets nobody warned us and this information is not available on the internet as well. Many people change to naked in front of you even on the first floor. Sorry but I don’t want to see it! The pools temperature is okey 38celsius but there is no any warmer pool not even the jacuzzi. For a 5 star, premium spa I expected more!
