Can you imagine walking for about three and a half hours and then come to this place where they serve homemade food and fine local wine? Omg, I forget to take a pic (next time), but belive me ... fine local food which after long hiking experiwnce on Boč mountain is well appreciated... We waited for some time, before we were served.. but it was crowded. After an hour hike we arrived to the Planinski dom na Boču. Nice place to spent an afternoon or to take a lunch. Reachable with a car also. Friendly personel. Great selection of food to choose. A place on a really nice mountain with a lot of potential, but nothing has really changed in the last 10 years. Really bored staff and degrading and old looking surroundings. 'Camp' sites and sports grounds are appalling. Very good Beautiful 1000m high hill for hiking and having a nice lunch after. Highly reccomended. Walking for about one and a half hour almost all the time along the steep slopes covered with more and more snow towards the top and then come to that place where they serve homemade food and fine local wine! House was nice and renovated especially lovely inside restoran with several outside tables. The new owner really renovated the place beautifully. The food is good and the ambient amazing. I recommend Boč and stopping here for a nice sunday family trip.
