We went there for a weekend with children and didn't have such a great time. The prices for the quality of service, available entertainment and cleanliness are too high. Swimming pools were way too warm for summertime and we had to exit them to actually cool off. Restaurant has a horrible quality of food with unspeakably low quality of ingredients. This goes for the restaurant which is accessible from the area, not the one in the hotel. Of course you're not allowed to bring in your own food. The whole area could use a proper cleaning because there was dust and other dirts all around the place. Purchase of family ticket is overcomplicated process because you need to make a reservation online which is then canceled upon arrival and you're issued a discounted family ticket. The family ticket isn't available online for purchase. They extra charge access to every separate area which is confusing for users and increases the price significantly, especially if you're coming with a family. There is no good road to access the location and you need to travel over Hills and country roads which have their fair share of ups and downs left and rights. Children who have sensitive stomachs will not appreciate the trip. Great for small kids. There's a lot of entertainment for them - various pools, small slides and club. Not so great for older children, over 6 or 7 years, let's say. The best thing for them are the arcade room and rock climbing wall in one of the pools. Only two slides that are on the second floor. There's a sand pool. Sounds weird but it's a lot of fun for toddlers. It's a heated shallow full of sand and toys for them to play. Food is great. Lots of local dishes and ingredients. They have a pizza oven so there's various pizzas every night. The staff is great. Prices are ok. We stayed at Breza hotel, which is ok. A bit older with small rooms and bathrooms. I would give it 4,5 stars if i could. I didn't like the fact that you have to leave the indoor to another room so you can enter the outdoor pool. There are two sand pools, one didn't work the entire time, so the water in there was really cold. You had to go through it to get to the one that was working and since they are adjacent, would sometimes accidentally fall in. Also, the shower for washing the feet after leaving didn't work. Those are easy fixes so it didn't bother us. Didn't visit the Orchidelia part, because it's adults only. Overall, a very fun and modern spa. Very quiet, very warm and very calm experience. I will come back again for sure. Waitress is very kind and friendly, and whole experience is very positive. Here everybody can find something interesting to do - swimming, watergames, toboggans, cycling around (some ways are separated, check which), castles nearby, shops and caffe bars are not missing. Very place for famillies. Personally I prefer the new swimming in hotel Breza, new facilities, floors, 4 pools with different temperatures, clean toillets, caffe and drink machines, automatic food ordering… Check some places around - Podcetrtek willage with castle above and perfect sight, Rogatec with castle, Rogaska Slatina - an old famous Spa, Smarje pri Jelsah with high Calvary and museum below…up to your choice. Everything is so well-organized — clean, convenient, and beautifully maintained. The thermal areas are thoughtfully designed, and the water truly feels healing and restorative. We’re currently visiting a thermal spa in Budapest, and it made us realize once again just how much we love Slovenian spas. There’s a unique warmth and comfort here that we haven’t found elsewhere. This place is one of our all-time favorites — we keep coming back and always leave feeling refreshed.
