O'Driscoll's Bar & Beer Garden

Graiguenamanagh, Ireland Pub

Nonetheless a great pub, great location, great staff. We spent the day canoeing on the Barrow and our reward to ourselves was pints of cream from O’Driscolls We watched the GAA inside with regulars and then moved outside to the beer garden Table service offered due to Covid A lovely old pub. Relaxing. Huge area.out the back also. This is a lovely place and space. Staff were super accommodating for food and dietary requirements, but I do think there was advanced notice for this! Great selection, great vibes, fire on the inside, indoor outer space on the outside with very talented Live music.. One-man-band! Thanks for the tunes. ✌️🤗💫 Great entertainment, Great pints, Great craic. Right on the county border of Carlow and Kilkenny Lovely home cooked food, and the best bar service I have seen in any bar in years. The venue was packed, and extremely busy providing food to a very large crowd, yet the bar tender was managing to ask the next person waiting for a drink their order whilst she was getting out the previous person's drinks! By doing this she had any pints of Guinness required in the next order in progress in advance so that they were ready along with your other drinks. The whole atmosphere and decor was as warm and welcoming as their staff, making what is now a rare experience in the hospitality sector! Lovely stop for a pint. Beer garden in back is beautiful and looks like a lively night hang. Absolutely fantastic pub . I had my son's 21t birthday party there on Saturday night . It turned out to be a brilliant night due to the service and attention Niamh , Richard and their staff provided . They provided a brilliant DJ who had everybody up and dancing . Would highly recommend them for any occasion or just to pop over and have a drink with some friendly banter with locals .
