A really nice, old world pub Made all the better by wonderful staff. An exceptional bar that offers way more than meets the eye Cosy internal bars with open fires Covered smoking area Seats beside the river Great service and even better pints I’ll be back very soon Second visit and still a great spot Lovely old style pub friendly staff and great pint of Guinness While visiting the local Cushendale woolen mills they recommended that we stop here to experience an Irish pub with a true sense of history. This is all at once a pub, a restaurant, hardware store, and time capsule. I truly wish we had more time to stay. This Apple is very friendly plus it was fun looking around and seeing bits of memorabilia but also how places like this operated as true centers of the community. Next time we’re in town will deathly come back for much longer stay. Cool Pub, Good Pint. my wife and I stopped in on the recommendation of the owner of the local Woollen Mill in town and loved our short stay over a couple of pints of Guinness and hot whiskey. Loved the genuine traditional Irish Pub atmosphere and the unique layout. The toilets were mentioned in another recent review and one doesn't usually comment on toilets unless they are really bad... but Mick Doyle's have taken cleanliness and smart toilets (for a pub) to a whole new level. The bar lady was also very helpful and welcoming. Really worth a visit when in town. Lovely old pub, friendly staff, and outside seating.🍾 Another fab pub. Lovely staff and bar. Great atmosphere. The locals favourite. There was no food at that time. Cannot comment on it. But place was buzzing Great old style pub with the bar at the front is an old hardware shop - the outdoor area along the stream is a haven for those looking for a slice of nature in the centre of town. Walk down the back of the building to see an ancient foot bridge- well Worth a visit So friendly and welcoming, we will definitely return Epic place. Best music, best pint and the most welcoming people the world has ever seen.
