A good friend of mine purchased a new on this and after 4/5 years has had to try and sell her caravan, the said they did not want it and has blocked all other ways of her trying to sell it. I've had a on this park since 2019, when it was owned by a local family. Last year it was bought by Lyons, who have made a lot of improvements. There are a lot more promised in the future so I am waiting to see how these work out. It is a lovely quiet family at present; more entertainment than before. I hope it won't lose it's character. Owners only park. Nice well kept site, children's play area, swimming pool and bar/club with entertainment at weekends. 10 minute walk to Talacre beach. 4 miles to Prestatyn for town centre and retail park and more beaches. We bought a here this summer. It is literally the best thing I have ever done for my family. I was unsure how much I would use it but I have only missed 2 weekends. The park is exactly what I wanted, peace, quiet and relaxing. It has all the facilities I need including a pool and a pub to have a pint. The type of people on are also looking for a quiet life, there is no one playing loud music or doing anything to annoy you. The grounds and bar staff have all been great. Really friendly and welcoming, especially Darren and Byron. The beach is a stones throw away and the dogs love it. My stays have got longer and longer I don't want to come home! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a caravan. I love being in a but my dad and me went swimming... It was great in terms of heat we were swimming for.... 15 minutes which was the time we were given toilet in boys toilet just look, amazing 😊... I need pipes and time and that bathroom will look new! But...
