Recommended I recently visited your site during the first week of September with three adults and a small, elderly dog. We booked a basic van a week prior to our visit, which provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring Snowdon, the beach, Donorwick Quarry, and Aber Falls, making the site a wonderful base for our adventures. However, I would like to suggest introducing dog-friendly areas inside your entertainment venues. Our 13-year-old Lhasa Apso, rests in a pushchair, im the evening was not allowed inside these venues, so we had to sit outside to eat and enjoy our drinks. This past December, we went to Tattershall Lakes in Lincoln with Away Resorts, where we did not miss any entertainment or bingo due to their accommodating policies for dogs. While I value the provided benches and heaters outside, accommodating dog owners inside would significantly enhance the experience. The staff during our stay were all lovely and attentive. I hope you consider these suggestions for future improvements, as it would make the site even more enjoyable for those visiting with pets. The Actual Site isn't that bad the rooms are spacious for a family of 4 even in a tiny caravan the service was at the Nisa and the restaurant the location of our room was good. The GV block is a place to stay because you then can't here the late night entertainment so that's a bonus the only things I would say that haven't been great is that the Nisa isn't staying open later like only till 8pm that's not very late is it, and the scoops shop was always closed saw it open in the 5 days we were here was probably 1 and we left the park every day to go and do activities so try to makes your scoops open a little bit more than once. The pool, it is. Very cold both the times we went in the pool it was cold, the first time we went of the slide tje minute you come out you get sprayed with freezing cold water and the second time it was even colder, we said if we come back here we shouldn't go back to the pool. We also came in October for 5 days If you are looking for a free for all site then this is the one for you! Feral is the way to describe the people here, you can’t even be sat enjoying to arcade without being surrounded by the smell of weed and cigarettes, children are obviously not watched by the parents as they climb all over the machines push you out the way because they want the machine you are playing on, watched a group of children messing with the security gate and then also kick the camera off finding it highly amusing. We even witnessed children sat on parents laps driving cars around the site?! Toilets and shower, it was better to not have a shower as you would feel cleaner than going in them, they smelt the whole 4 days we stayed and need a serious face lift. The one thing was the waitress service we received in the boast house was brilliant and polite but other than that I’d steer clear if you don’t want to waste your money.
