Super friendly staff, lovely and clean inside but OMG the milk shakes were fantastic. I had Nutella and the other half had toffee, there were so good. A little bit on the expensive side at £5.95 each but so much better than a McDonald's. Would highly recommend for a treat. Would fully recommend Batch. Food was made really quick and the shake I ordered was faster. It was a Sunday just after lunch and busy when we went in. But wait was short taking our order. While the table buzzer system worked well. I did catch a staff member having to shout to get a order picked up. So please be aware that the buzzer may not work. The waffles were really nice. If you have a sweet tooth you will love it. But you could share a plate of waffles and you'll both be happy. There is also tubs of ice cream they make themselves. Great range. Wonderful choice of ice cream in very clean and pleasant surroundings, they are dog friendly too so little Bailey had a pupachinno which he thoroughly enjoyed, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, I was able to enter on my mobility scooter and will definitely return as it was absolutely divine 😀 So much to choose to eat from here. Spacious inside, extremely clean, staff were very friendly and polite. I found the menu a little expensive but the desserts were large portions and absolutely delicious. Pancakes were perfect as was the hot chocolate. Shall definitely return. Really gone down hill. Used to come alot for a treat but qualitys gone down and prices up. £9.50 for a soggy crepe with hardly and sauce and 1 single mouldy strawberry sliced into 10 pieces. Used to get a crepe smothered in sauce and plenty of toppings for £7.50. Its just cheeky. If you've got to put the price up sure but cutting all the corners and halfing the product at the same time.... yeah no thanks. Finally got round to visiting today, been meaning to get there for number of years. Had the Knickerbocker glory, due to being allergic to strawberries, changed ice cream flavours and Raspberries instead of strawberries, absolutely scrumptious definetly look to visit again.
