An amazing find. A great little pub that serves such tasty food. The menu choice is fantastic. A real gem. Was thrilled that we found it. It had a lovely bar sitting area. Plus outdoor tables with a grassed lawn and snug huts. They also allow dogs which is wonderful. We will be going back. Great food, Burgers are lovely "very meaty" Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Parking is plentiful too, it's the first time I've eaten here but won't be the last. Called here for some lunch over bank holiday weekend. Lovely sitting outside in the garden. Food was lovely and fresh. Between us we had the Greek style lamb burger which was delicious, served with crispy fries and salad. Fish and chips, lovely golden batter, chips and homemade tartar sauce. Prices were reasonable and the service brilliant. Even though we were outside staff were attentive and helpful. Wow, so close to my home and I can't believe I haven't been here before. The starter that we shared was beautiful, I'd highly recommend the Gambas Pil Pil Prawns. The Mains were superb and the service was second to none. The Youngs Burger was probably the best burger I've had in years, so filling and tested amazing and my missus had the rib eye steak and if your a steak fan you won't be disappointed, the flavour was to die for. Definitely coming again. ❤️ Oh wow! I was left defeated by this Young’s burger, truly recommend if you visit. Such a beautiful restaurant, a cozy atmosphere and great service everyone is so warm and welcoming. Was even given colouring for my children while we waited. Definitely recommend 👌🏻 Have been few times now and the food is really good. All freshly cooked to order and portion sizes are very good value for money. Asked to change a few things on ordering and they were more than happy to do this for me. Very dog friendly and felt welcomed from entering and to leaving. Would highly recommend Such a nice place, the food was delicious we enjoyed starters, mains and desserts. They allow dogs in the bar area which was ideal for us as we have two, the staff were so friendly and polite to us and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience there possible. We will definitely be coming here again whenever we are in wales and we will be saving it to our top spots to eat. Visited a couple of days ago and got to say the food was good, portions are smaller than expected. Really enjoyed it though and staff were lovely however we had our daughter who is autistic and a picky eater with us and she only eats small portions, she is 22 and when we asked for a kids menu they wouldn’t allow for her to have one as she is above age 12 (which we have never experienced this being a problem anywhere else) so maybe something to consider if you visit with anyone over 12 who only eats chicken nuggets.
