Reasonable area with grassed land and trees. Pleasant enough. Has good sized kids playground area with a variety of apparatus. Great for kids and dog walkers It's OK as parks go.. There's always dog walkers but sadly a lot are not responsible so you end up dodging excrement or avoiding dogs which are not on a lead. Several times when my family have been in this a dog has come across and has not been the most friendly and time and time again I've had the owner say it's a park, it's where you come to let your dogs off, maybe so. But you have to still be responsible, the itself though is spacious enough most times and there's a nice little are for children to play, looks safe and is fenced off. It's pleasant but there are better.. If your local tho.. It's handy Smaller than expected for a dog park. Not particularly enclosed (small dog could easily be gone forever if they wanted to be). If, like us, you get there at a time when entitled owners show up and stand dead in the centre of the throwing balls, you're stuffed. Your dog will be close-by, your dog will want to also play. The owners will judge. Small but a nice open grass space for the dog and a small play area for the kids, there's a cafe on one corner and a pub on the other, happy days. A beautiful little park, very popular with dogs and their humans, who all seem to be very responsible. Nice open space in the middle of a moderately busy area, closed off equipment part so no dogs or ball games can I terupt play perfect for youngsters of all ages even mum, dad and grandparents would benefit from a visit with the children or just to take the pooch for a walk. Only one setback rather a dark place to be after sunset no lighting and visited by gangs of teenagers and more sinister people after dark so not such a nice place to be later on in the evening Good Park, with plenty for the kids to play on. The is secure with fence and gates around it. There is a big opens space for football and picnics. There are a few trees around to provide shade on a hot day. Nearby is a shop for when the kids want sweets or a drink. Very good for playing football definitely should come on Wednesdays and Fridays because there are loads of people even my friends! Nice little with a field for ball games It's a nice place to go for meeting your friends, playing foot ball and entertainment for little ones.
