The English seafronts are what they are. Bridlington isn't too bad to be fair. It still retains some of that cheesy seafront charm, but they are doing improvement works, and it shows as quite a few parts are well presented. The addition of the beachfront train is welcome, especially when you've been walking all day. Toilets are average, and the rides ain't cheap, but that's all part of the fun. Bridlington Sea Front is one of my “go to” places to visit as it has such a lot to offer. The beaches are great-popular all year round with families and offseason also very popular with dog walkers. The promenades are on different levels, some with little enclosed gardens and there’s all manner of things to see and do. Look out for some of the information plaques along the walls and watch out for the Land Trains which run along the seafront during the Summer season and some weekends. Toilets, benches, icecream and fish and chips are all avail along the way. Look out too for the little birds called stone turners (I think) which run around in droves and seem completely unfazed by the tourists. The other birds prominent in the area are the gulls, so if you are eating fish and chips you’ll need to be very careful or you’ll find yourself sharing your meal.😹 Bridlington is now really clean and out rates its neighbour Scarborough for the lovely sea front tranquil walk and fish, and chips. Fabulous beach, funfair, shops. Very clean. Dog friendly. Amazing for families. We went there for a day trip and the beaches were lovely unfortunately I can't say the same for the town, more chip shops than we could count, plus you can walk around what's there with half an hour, we had six hours there after looking around and found a lot of shops were closed or empty, we had a meal and a drink was amazed at the size of the sea gulls and how many there were, but then didn't know what to do, in the end we sat waiting for our bus for an hour eager to get home. It's such a shame that a seaside place has ended up like this. A very nice sea front indeed. Parking is plentiful and at the time of writing this a full 24 hours was £8. Beach is clean and the surrounding amenities were plentiful. Fantastic fish and chips and a funfair for little ones to teenagers Nice clean and beautiful beach which is very rare in England. It was quiet and weather was nice and warm. Kids loved it so do we elder as wel. Lots of activities for the kids. We took our own food so don’t know about halal option but ice was suitable for vegetarians. It’s ok if you just looking for a nice walk, not much else going on apart from giant seagulls Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
