Absolutely from start to finish. Very professional instructors.. the dive itself is something you can not put into words.. just wow! I would this place for anyone considering a dive. Food and drinks are served here too and they have a lovely outdoor seating area.. everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I did a Tandem here 4 years ago, and my daughter did one last week. Both times have been amazing. The staff are so lovely, and welcoming. They put you at ease, and go through all you need to know. We highly this place, and would definitely book again. I did a tandem skydive for Alzheimer's Research UK over the weekend. It was one of the best things I've ever done and a lot of this was down to the venue, the staff and the instructors. The location is great (the views of Flamborough Head and the coast were stunning) and the facilities neat, tidy and perfectly laid out, with the briefing and kit-up area next to the viewing point. It was really well organised and I was up in the air before I new it! The instructor was confident, knowledgeable and with just the right level of humour! The runway and landing zone are literally next to the viewing area as well, so my family could watch me take off, just about see me coming out of the plane at 10,000ft, and see me (and hear me shouting to them) as we landed! I'd highly doing a skydive here! I've completed my solo static line today day atthis club, and couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. I made a day out of it with my 17 year old son, what a fabulous day!! Initially, before we arrived we were both slightly nervous and apprehensive about the day ahead but our instructor Jess was exceptionally calm and professional and talked us through the day. Her knowledge was indepth and thorough and by the end of the day (although we didn't get the first in!), we felt confident and very much can't wait for the second stage to jump. However BEWARE if buying a gift . The terms and conditions on the site do not mention it is to be used AND completed within 12months . They request a further £54 to extend this for a further six months.. This is only mentioned on the home page t and c. In our case we had 8 cancellations due to weather . This is obviously very necessary and correct and is beyond everyone’s control including us the customer. To rebook you can at times wait two months for another slot even if you are always available . The site also shuts down for winter . We believed once we had booked a the was used and we were simply in the system waiting for a suitable day . This is NOT the case !! Your is not used until you . In our case this took 18 months. We made complaints and the centre agreed to extend. Ours without a fee however this is at their discretion . I think the extension fee is valid for someone who had not booked a within the 12 months but not for those who have . My advice if thinking of buying a is seek clarity before buying . If this remains the case why on earth get into a weather lottery and potentially pay even more for matters beyond your control .
