Everything in one place Brilliant place for swimming, gym, classes, sports hall and health suite. Has a great theatre & cinema. Loads of stuff for kids to do including Ryans Den a big soft play climbing gym. Fantastic cafe right next to the Den upstairs. Panini's and their chocolate Brownies are to die for. Prices are cheap and the food is great. Staff are lovely Great prices for swimming as a family of 5 food was really tasty and the price at the cosmic cafe was great Good leisure centre, with swimming pool, sports hall, soft play, and a cafe. Hall courts can be booked for a hour (well, 55 mins), at fairly standard prices for non-members. Unfortunately the hall roof had leaked a bit following rain and heavy winds, but staff were quick to put down warning signs and mop up where possible. The only negative I have is spectators have nowhere to sit other than the floor. I asked for a chair, but not allowed even though I am not able to stand for any length of time. Getting down on to the floor meant sitting on the stairs and bum shuffling to the area, you are not allowed to stay in the stairs, for obvious reasons. Next time I will bring my own chair. Love the Ryan centre.
