Decor is very pleasant. It has a rural country feel with mix and match of quality furniture and fixings (tastefully done). Lots of little snugs and rooms to explore. Pool table upstairs and beer garden to rear. Did not try the food as only passing. Staff were very and helpful. Fantastic owners, food, beer, wine and atmosphere. Recently been refurbished and we were lucky enough to be one of the first visitors. Very owners and the staff were attentive and very helpful. Beautifully presented food and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend the pork belly!!! A warm welcome for me and my dog which means a lot! Lovely decor and a really delicious meal fresh and cooked to perfection with chic gormet touches accompanied by excellent wine. We will be back! I had lemon cooked salmon served with pea shoots, parsnip curls and fresh veg. Food was good quality cooked lovely , tasted great but a bit on the light side , had a rack of ribs tasted great but tiny really , staff were and very good service nice pub just need a bit more on the plate I'm not sure I've ever had a better Sunday roast! Absolutely superb food. well presented on a warm plate. Fantastic portion for someone who could be described as occasionally greedy! ☺️ Service was super friendly. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Keep up the good work guys. 🍻 We arrived mid afternoon on a Sunday and obviously the pub had a really busy lunch service so we could only have a roast bap but it was probably the best bap I’ve ever tasted!! The bar and kitchen staff were so lovely and made us feel extra welcome.
