Lovely lady, usually quiet, food so so and shop very dated but otherwise fine Fish and x2 like cardboard fish definitely was not cod or haddock very poor were very poor and mostly inedible (50 per cent)....rock hard, just bits from the bottom of the fryer. This cereal bowl shows all the poor chips, 27 grams worth. I think for the price of 2.50, need to be alot better than this. About half my meal ended up in the bin. Very rough looking which should have been a warning but sometimes these places are cracking. Got two sausage and for the kids, luckily I did the dad tax on the sausage, and they were extremely sour tasting and obviously had something wrong with them so in the bin they went. Won’t be going back £25 down the loo first food tuck a hour food freezing got a pizza with meat not worth £5 for the meat u get only got 10 pieces for a big garlic bread special got bag of chip big enough for a small child and a wrap that wasn't wrapped don't waste your time wrong people tuck over Worst take away Ashington won't be back and none of my friend or family will Always order from here and normal 10 out of ten for flavour but tonight the lady that owns it wasn't there and food was poor rang my order up got told 20 mins to collect it got there waited another 20 mins the salad in paper bag had water all in bottom my wrap was over cooked it broke when picking it up and same with my fellas picked it up and the pitta fell apart dont go unless the lady that owns it works there Ordered fish bites and chips. ok .Fish bites were terrible . Tail ends of fish. No chunks of fish just thin flakes. Paid £13.00 including delivery. Absolute waste of money. Very Disappointed. Excellent food, lots of choices very reasonable prices, fast delivery service and lady serving was really helpful. Highly recommend especially if staying at Sandy Bay holiday park very expensive food. very disappointed it has been a while since i had a kebab, but it was terrible meat cold, pita bread old, were'nt edible, defnately gone down hill won't be back. Honestly I’m not the one to leave reviews good or bad on a place, but this was some amazing food we’ve had in a while in Ashington. The staff was lovely had a great chat, and the food was wonderful definitely worth the price. Everything was lush, good and quite big portions, especially the naan my husband’s favourite . I would definitely recommend this place, will be visiting again. The former owner has left and it has gone downhill massively.
