Big car park. is closed on a Monday, but toilets are open every day. There is a kids and plenty open space with picnic tables. Great place with vast green areas for picnics and for children to and run about, cafe, toilets, dog wash, lots of trails to walk, plenty of car parking, stream, bridges , well worth a visit , all day fun for kids and families for 3 pound parking , can't be bad . Nice place to go for walk. You do get a lot of dog on lead. But becareful as the owner seen to think it's ok to let the dogs come say hello to your dog. Even if you say no as your dog is nervous. I will say you get the first hour of parking free. But after that you do have to pay. Tonight me and Star went for a nice evening at Plessey Woods. Star loved going into the Shrek Huts. Good fun, nice walk. Was good to kill some time. Will probably go back at some point. Hopefully the weather is a little better next time we go Beautifull place perfect for walks with dogs .. and Kids as they have good size playground.. always van with Ice creams Cafe Toilets Dog wash Beautiful place for a with a great and onsite. It is a scenic natural retreat located near Hartford Bridge, between Bedlington and Cramlington in Northumberland. popular destination for families, walkers, and nature enthusiasts. It has amazing area for toddlers and woodlands, wildflower meadows, and riverside paths along the River Blyth Really good place to go for a quick day out. Plenty to see and do. There is a area by the car park. There are trails with fairy doors and other things to see Lovely little place to get the dog out! I definitely recommend some hiking boots as it can get very muddy and slippery! There's even a dog wash on the way out! Best of it is, it's literally in the doorstep! Lovely place for a nice with dogs, and lovely to eat inside or outside. Nice atmosphere 👌 A nice country to visit. We visited during school term mid week, so it was quiet. There is a dedicated building housing toilets etc. There is a secure area with amenities. The was clean and tidy with surprisingly little dog waste. The parking was free for the first hour. One car had been given a ticket, so be sure to keep an eye on the time. Finding our way was simple, with major roads all the way there. Overall, it was a very relaxing visit. Great car plenty of spaces then they have a visitor center loads of carvings along the the toilets loads to look at a for the kids dog friendly a lovely along the river Lots of places for swimming in the river; some are shallow enough for wading/paddling. Plenty of opportunities for 'off-roading' through the woods. Lovely woodland for our dog, children and ourselves. is super for our 3 and 6 yr old children. Parking is free for 1 hour, which is enough time for a short and a play. We had a visit here today and the place is beautiful. Great for dogs to explore and the had the best old school style cake I’ve ever had! Lovely kind staff in the - even gave me the piece of cake she was keeping for herself and partner cos I wanted to take more home! Highly recommend a visit here and the cake haha Lovely little place for some nice fresh air, little trails that are family friendly, we ate at the which had a good little selection of food and all decent prices. area for kids too although some swings are missing. Toilets were a let down as they were dirty, no soap or sanitiser to clean hands, paint chipping from walls, and dirty stains smeared everywhere. They definitely needed updating. Car £4.50 all day.
