Staff are friendly and helpful. When the kids on 2p machine and the toy gets stuck or touches the glass it's classed as a qin and can ask the staff to either unstuck it or get it for you if touched front.. Won a Teddy here yesterday and other day my partner also won one.. clean tidy and has plenty of options available. Went there for a look around, everyone happy having fun. Looked at the Virtual Reality game seemed good fun, £8 for 15 seemed a bit steep, but next time Im up will have a go. Overall worth a visit along with all the other many shops on that street. Had my son's 11th birthday party at the VR arena and he had an amazing time with his friends. The staff were fantastic and even the parents got in on the fun! My little brothers loved it — though I think I might have enjoyed it even more as an adult. There’s loads to do, with a huge variety of machines to choose from, including my personal favourite: the duck claw machine. There’s a brilliant selection of prizes too, so it’s impossible not to get caught up in the fun. The children then had hot food from the kiosk over the road which we organised through Knightly's, it was also great value. Thanks to the Knightly's team, we will definitely be coming again. Excellent place to stop by for a bit of VR gaming fun. We spotted the banner on the way out of the Funpark so decided to check it out. Was very impressed by the space, very new and dedicated to the experience. We actually enjoyed it better than the DNA VR experience which is a bit limited in movement. The games were amazing, allowing you to actually walk around in the environment. The cooking (especially), zombie and cops & robbers were so immersive and such fun to play. Thanks to Jacob and Kenzie for their brilliant hosting and helpful attentiveness. If you're in Towyn for a bit, we well recommend the £25 for VR Experience.
