This is second year in a row we've been here while we've stayed at Rhuallt Park. Food was just as amazing as last year! The star of the show was Kostas, THE most helpful member of restaurant staff we have ever met - Thank you so much. 10/10 We had the pleasure of dining at The White House and our experience was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to our waiter, Kostas. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome. Throughout our meal, he consistently checked in to see if we needed anything, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. His friendly and professional manner left a lasting impression on all of us, including my partner and his grandparents. We were very impressed with his attentive service and genuine care. I can't review the rooms as we only used the spa. But for spa feedback: it was very clean, new-looking and had an excellent outdoor hot tub. Probably one of the best I've seen. Great temperature (which is hard to find). The indoor pool had almost the perfect cool temperature. Could do with being a touch warmer. Steam room needed to steam up more regularly. You could sit in there for ten minutes and not have any steam. Only down side is that they don't provide robes. Even the dreaded Ruthin Castle provides robes and it's about a third cheaper. Overall temperature of the main pool are could do with being warmer too because once you come out the steam/sauna, you're so cold that you don't want to dip into the colder swimming pool. We went to the white house for a spa day. The receptionist Melanie was lovely, the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room were very clean and relaxing. The food was tasty, my friends and I had the neck and shoulder treatment. An all round superb day :-) I was looking forward to my visit to White House Restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The food was a decent enough however and not a lot on the menu, slightly overpriced. The service was overwhelming, as multiple staff would approach asking the same question we was asked a few minutes before, interrupting conversations, apart from this they was friendly. Overall I will not be visiting again. Didnt stay in the rooms but ate at the restaurant. Very impressed with the waiters and waitresses. Very attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely come back again. Food was delicious and well presented. I had the fish of the day - seabass. They checked for dietary needs and ensured everything was ok to meet the needs of our group. I had a very comfortable couple of nights at the White House. All the staff I spoke to were very accommodating and friendly. The food (especially breakfast) was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Nothing really to say negatively - it was all good and the perfect place for me to stay while I was up in North Wales on business. Many thanks and I hope to visit again.
