This house was awesome. I visited there with my parents and we had a nice experience . This place and the house were very clean and tidy which is well equipped with everything. It is more than we expected .we stayed there on our way to Scotland. Their service was perfect and . Local pub/ restaurant open until late night.I can recommend this place and worth to stay. Abysmal..... Arrived no greeting just handed over keys...had booked a with 2 W.C's only to be given an economy loo seat broken....asked if we could be moved was told they had nothing but I could see at least 75% were not occupied.....we have booked another site...100 times better...avoid place at all costs... Family run park on restaurant & bar food We recently stayed at one of Delyn’s at Manor House Park and had an amazing experience! The was brand new for 2025, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped – everything you need is there except towels, so make sure to pack your own. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the space inside was surprisingly generous, perfect for a relaxing stay. Just 10 minutes away is a stunning beach, ideal for walks and catching some sea air. There’s also a charming local ice cream shop and a few pubs nearby for a nice meal or drink. Best of all, you're only 20–30 minutes away from some of the most breathtaking views in the Lake District — places like Buttermere, Keswick, and Windermere are all within easy reach. We highly recommend it for a peaceful and scenic getaway. Will definitely return! Very nice staff food is amazing very clean and tidy only thing that is missing is some entertainment but nice quite Had an amazing time here. At check in Angela was friendly and informative. Nadia the manager, Dan and Billy on the bar very welcoming and friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Kiernan the chef is great, food is beautiful especially the Sunday roast, they offer a vegiterian option. Definitely reccomend trying the menu. There is a beach 5mins away. There is plenty to do a short drive away if you want a day out. Saturday Night live entertainment is great. The are and clean. Definitely reccomend. I had a static at this for a number of years and have watched its decline. Lyons have absolutely ruined what used to be a with a nice community of owners. The seems to be increasingly filled with empty old stock sent from their other sites. They will 100% try to rip you off if they can. It is very clearly a racket designed to maximise revenue extraction and the place has rapidly lost many owners as a result. Lucky for me, I had somewhere to take my static when I realised that the decline was going to continue. I decided to leave at the beginning of this year. Lyons charge an exorbitant disconnection fee. They failed to actually do the disconnection properly, and I only got things moved because I had someone available with a tractor to take the to the entrance. I should say, the fees had already been paid. As far as I am concerned that fee was therefore theft. They had threatened to charge for the next year if I hadn't left by the end of season date. I had zero intention to overstay and I had given them more than a month to get the disconnected, which they did their very best to prevent with every excuse under the sun. Many people would have effectively been trapped by this scam. An extraordinary amlunt of owners have simply abandoned their caravans, and I suspect this to be a part of the Lyons business model. These then get shipped to their other sites to be sold for inflated prices. I could go on further with my laundry list of complaints. Bad drainage and flooding. Unbelievably rude encounters with one of the various managers that seem to come and go (I am gonna assume they all quit because the job is awful). Constant power cuts because they have clearly never bothered to upgrade to on electrics in years. A total lack of any facilities that would justify the high fees. It's as if they dont realise there are a wide array of decent sites right in the area. I have noticed they are now peddling facebook posts about how they are for owners and what a community they have. I am assuming that this is because they have seen that the place is rapidly emptying. This is why I am moved to make this review. Those posts are incredibly deceptive. Virtually every in the area has more to recommend about them than this place now. There are some spots in both Allonby and Silloth... this ain't it. My life is immeasurably better now that I don't have to deal with these charlatans again. Hi just home from a 3 day break with all my family had a time spotless good 👍 job cleaning lady's restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful only thing missing is a shop for some essentials that would have been although small towns near 5 mins in the car good job 👏 for giving me a wee October break.😍😀🤗 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
