Really nice stop - and easy along the thanks to the boardwalk. Water levels were very low which was great for birdwatching. Had some very nice views of the dipper and wagtails. Really cool place to stop a small carpark, but the were really close. The boardwalk was good as well. Beautiful view. It’s a shame where people blocks it really. We were just letting the dogs out for a wee between rainy spells. They’re little dogs and didn’t really like the boardwalk, the gaps were like an inch wide at times so their paws fell through. However the other side was good and had grass and toilets for us. Nice shops either side too. Very picturesque. next to carpark. It is a loop trail but if you don't want to do the forest walk, turn around and go back the way you came. waterfall with a nice loop along the boarded path, great for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Then you can either back or go through the forest. Car near and cafe with shop. £3 parking all day - well worth a visit. up the steep sided very calming. To put in context Cardigan town parking is £4 for 2 hours. Good walkway on riverbank, and plenty of wildlife if you are quiet. Great way to de-stress. Cenarth is to go look at, you can follow the path along the boards and then can either turn bk or carry on left and go up along the country road, wasn't busy when we did it. Quite hilly up to the top then you descend bk down towards the bottom of the falls. £3 car all day at the bottom of the falls. There are several coffee shops in the village n Ice cream over the bridge. Parking charge applies but not gated entrance. Day we went there were not much water and seems dried out and was not as expected or seens some on Google review photos. During rainy season the waterfall gets its full shape. Once you pass the waterfall, there are walking pathways on the riverbank. Can enjoy a along the the riverbank and the route is built with wooden safety barrier. Route is flat ground no hills to climb. Can get into the but no swimming allowed. If you want you can take the hilly forest route for a small adventure. Not seens any picnic or kids play areas on the site. Finishing allowed but inquire at the parking if permission required. At the entrance there's a and toilet facilities. Good place for drone photography Council have done a really good job of making this trail accessible. consists of a wooden/composite walkway along the side of the that loops back via a woodland walk. Very nice We cycled over to the from near Aberporth. There is a cafe there with a colourful mural, an old pub and the national coracle museum. The were small but pretty. There is a trail from here but we were cycling. There is a car right there with a small shop. The are right there as you enter the car park, its £3 to park. The are lovely, not the biggest wales has to offer but accessible for all. There is a lovely, but short, board along the and very cute shop. Stopped here yesterday on route back from St David’s.. didn’t use the car as we parked over the bridge for free. The along the broad was and peaceful. There is a ‘looped’ which is approx a mile in length but we didn’t want to our dogs (3 of them) along a road so chose to back on ourselves along the river. Sadly the was very low, I assume due to the recent hot weather but I imagine the waterfalls are quite something over winter or with more frequent rainfall. The other side of the bridge, opposite the is a sloped area to the waters edge for paddling, the dogs loved it. There are also public toilets just along from the bridge too, which for public toilets were clean! Lovley waterfalls. Easily accessible from car £3. Plenty of water from recent rain. Toilet and small on site.
