We visited for a long weekend, booking in was easy. When we got to our we were surprised at the size of it. The name of our was very significant to us too. The main bedroom was large, it had a en-suite & a walk in wardrobe, the bed was king size & really comfy. There another bathroom with shower, basin & toilet. The 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds in a wardrobe and still room to move about too. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine a table & chairs & the lounge area had. 3 seater sofa and arm chair, large TV and a set of coffee tables. The veranda was clean, it had a 4 seater rattan set as well as a 2 seater bench, 2 chairs & coffee table. There was only 1 downside to the & that was. the hallway it was too narrow to fit my wheelchair through, other than that the & our stay was really good. Stayed in a 2 berth static caravan, lovely and clean, modern, comfortable, great shower. Meant to be coming with kids & grandkids but at last minute they couldn't make it. Unfortunately the club house prices for food and drinks were extortionate, 1pint of Guinness and a med glass of the cheapest wine was over £12. 6.60 for Guinness! We therefore didn't sample the evenings entertainment due to not wanting to be ripped off. We were only staying 3 nights as a weekend away, would have cost us a fortune, which is a shame as we would have used the club house. On site shop prices also extortionate. Luckily we found a tescos and morrisons about 7 miles away so bought our own food and drinks. Good for people with dogs or sml kids due to been right on the beach, but as a couple we won't be returning. We travelled to Hornsea, Brid and Filey, and got very lucky with the weather. Nowhere to go within walking distance. Lovely Marston's pub called The Lobster Pot about 7 miles away, great garden, worth a visit. We had a brilliant dog friendly break, very relaxing with a perfectly located overlooking the sea and beach. Picture perfect, great value for money. Great location for walks onsite and surrounding areas. Just over an hour away is Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby for some great days out too. Visited in September place was very quite and but around to do without driving. Very quiet bar area with place to sit with the dog. Could do with a bit of music in this area or sound in the tv. I found the staff to be very friendly and happy. Mainly middle aged to retired people I saw so going the place very relaxed. Stayed in the 2 berth static I found it pretty clean and quiet at night. Enjoyed walking the dog on the beach in the morning that was virtually empty early morning. I would not stay again but would recommend to other that enjoy a relaxing holiday Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
