Amazing place with a large number of birds and animals. The experience for children is fantastic and they have a lovely cafe and gift shop too. Plenty of parking available. The animal enclosures are spacious and well kept. Very informative and educational. Had a lovely experience here. The show is the highlight here, highlight recommend timing your to ensure you catch it. This place is 100% worth the money! £12 for adults and £8 for children. There's so many to see and the talks by the zookeeper are so informative. The display was by far my favourite thing! Great picnic area with shade and plenty of benches. Lovely day out for reasonable price. £12 for adult £8 for kids. Lots of different that all look well cared for and enclosures well maintained. Feeding times during the day with the staff talking about the which my son loved. Nice little play area for the smaller children too. Plenty of parking and the onsite cafe serves really nice good quality food for decent prices. Highly recommend!! Slightly difficult to find but worth it once you get there. The display is brilliant the man is very knowledgeable & can tell the birds are happy doing it . Lots of to see including zebras, goats, camels, otters, donkeys plus lots more. What a hidden jem loved every minute of my We went to this animal park as a filler for a family Easter getaway, and we didn't have any expectations. But from the moment we arrived, we could feel how much love there is for all the there. Paul and the team have really special connections with their animals, a lot of which they raised from day 1. We were lucky enough to see the show and we also paid extra for lemurs experience, which was absolutely amazing and totally worth it! I felt like this place deserves to charge more for the entrance and also needs more marketing! It really is a hidden gem 💎 We visited while on holiday. A truly beautiful hidden gem. Staff were so friendly and informative. We got to feed the camels. Sadly our was cut short by a thunderstorm!! But we will definitely be returning next year. Highly recommend a 🙂 Well worth the at £12 per adult. They are building new enclosures for feline just now which will be great when finished. The display was excellent flying right amongst the audience facilities ok but they are constantly evolving the park. Definitely visit. Not to many benches so take a blanket to sit on by the snack bar and camels. Small shop with plenty of refreshments and not overloaded with toys and souvineers Extremely good value for money. £40 for two adults and two teens. We got to see the feeding of the artic foxes, raccoon dogs and fennec foxes, got to hold a skunk and got to see an awesome display with an amazingly talented raven called Einstein. To the delight of all of us we got a very close look at the capybara. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a lovely little cafe outside. A toilet at the front in the shop and one by the picnic area with a little hand washing area. We brought animal feed at the shop, it is clearly marked which you can and can’t feed and you’re given a handy flyer when you buy your tickets saying which you can feed. There are very large new fox enclosures being built which will be lovely for them in the coming future. We went with open minds having read mostly good but a couple of people's less than faltering reviews , not sure what these people expected but were extremely happy we went. It’s not massive but we loved our day out.
