For example, when they forgot the door open and we were freezing (it was -3C outside) he said that it wasn't cold and refused to bring us our jackets from the garderobe. The other guests were sitting at their tables with scarves and sweaters. We were not compensated for the experience whatsoever (you would at least expect them to give you a drink or a treat or something!).
