It was my 1st time playing Cairndhu with our society,some others from the group could off played it before.I was very impressed with the course layout with demanding holes and blind-shots which were different.The views were top class and we had a brilliant day(weather wise).We had food in bar afterwards which was very nice.We will be back for sure. 5 star course and local treatment there at Cairndhu. We were staying in Portrush and booked this lovely club on our way down to Belfast for a Sunday afternoon. The views are stunning, the course is in excellent nick and the locals are extremely friendly. We had some really nice home cooked food in the bar after and a good few pints. Wed have loved to have stayed and we felt very welcome to buy had to hit the road. Special shout out to the 70 year old ranger who made the Leeds boys feel at home. Top lad I had beautiful lunch with friends yesterday, all three of us opted for the scampi, it was lovely presented and plentiful. I was genuinely impressed by quality and variety of the meals on offer on the menu and extremely great value for money. I would throughly recommend to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience. Good course with 3/4 fantastic holes along the coast! Very reasonable price for in Ireland. This is the local course to my in-laws. Played here multiple times now. Despite getting wet during the winter, I was blown away with the condition of the course this summer, especially given the lack of rain. The greens were consistent in pace and the course was in good condition all around. Shout out to the staff in the pro shop who were super helpful during the busy period around The Open and to the members who, as always, were super welcoming. Stunning views from the top of Par 3 second tee. Lovely course beautiful scenery will be back to play here but possibly book a cart as there are a few hilly holes but in general really enjoyed the course. Whilst on holiday went on the off chance of good food as clubs traditionally have a good reputation . So glad we did , quality, well prepared and presented food . If back in the area would definitely go again . View was an added bonus . Think the chef has recently changed so if you’ve been before give it another chance . Beautiful course and very resonably priced. Worth the money just for the views from the 2nd/3rd! The course really should signpost the way to the 4th though. Walking across the 1st is not obvious without an arrow, well not to this dumb Englishman.
