Pints of Guinness aren't great, mediocre and I got a fly on my bishops collar, but the glass had lacing which makes a change. Smoke from the cigarette area fulling the lounge while people dine. Food is diabolical. Place needs a good clean. Lovely local pub/restaurant with friendly service and fresh food/creamy pints. The owner, Henry, is particularly friendly - a must visit in Drumshanbo! The bar lady, God bless her, had never heard of rosé wine. "We have red or white" I would prefer rosé. "What is rosé?" It's kind of halfway between red and white. "No, we don't have that". Children in front of the big screen TV watching football, at least half a team's worth. Apart from that, happy donkeys (not actually a dish on the menu by the way). Food was nothing more than a microwaved meal, cod chips & salad , cod was frozen from lidl aldi ect, salad was just Coleslaw. Roast beef was dry and tough, veg was cooked from frozen .
