I stumbled upon this beautiful intimate winery tucked in the middle of nowhere, Sept 2024. I wish I’d known of it, I would’ve booked the full & food pairing, as I saw others fully enjoying the generous food with them. I only got to sample a few which were delicious. The host she was gracious enough to let me in, even though they were closing shortly. Thank-you for such a nice welcoming. I had to purchase at least one to take back with me to Los Angeles. Beautiful at this winery. The are good and we learned some interesting new things. The staff are all super friendly! We booked the Goumas Estate Grand (35€ per person) and overall had a good experience. The themselves are interesting and of good quality, and the setting is very pleasant. However, a few points left us a bit disappointed: according to the website, the should also include an olive oil experience, but this was not offered to us. In addition, the waiting time between the individual was far too long – we ended up staying for about 2.5 hours, whereas the website mentions a duration of about 90 minutes. With some adjustments in timing and by ensuring all advertised elements are actually included, this could easily be a five-star experience. Outstanding experience! Highly recommended. May 2025 We booked the Premium and it was absolutely worth it. We received a warm welcome and information about the Estate. Then we had the tasting, each pairing of and food was exquisite. We got to enjoy everything on our on pace. We spent approximately 3 hours Thank you for the wonderful you provided us here was a fulfilling and heartwarming experience. We want to thank Mr. Ioannis and his team for their professionalism, as it's rare these days to find someone who works with such passion. My husband and I usually enjoy pairing different with food; this was the best we've had with a collection. The winery's location is beautiful, nestled in nature, which made us want to sit and chat even longer. I highly recommend visiting if you're in Zakynthos. You can buy different kinds of produce, including varieties (smoked rose is my favorite), olive oil, and fig syrup at an affordable price. Went to a here and had a great time. The was fantastic, and so were all the bite pairings. We did the mid-level of 6 and the food that they paired was enough for a light lunch for us which was perfect. The setting was beautiful. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the area, the vineyard, and the wines. Highly recommend! The most beaitiful winery and vineyards I have been too. The hosts were so friendly, informative and kind. On first arrival the welcome was so thoughful and personal, the stories, the history and the culture and so well respected and prevelent. The artwork by the Yassis are beautiful as well as his art of the wine. The location is stunning and the full tour of the being made is outstanding. The location of the tating is beautiful. The food paring is outstanding and of the highest quality (we forgot to mention dietary requirments on booking but we were catered for and felt we were no trouble which was so lovely). The food is displayed so creative and the we were offered were explained to us, the history, the flavour and the process and we enjoyed all 7 of the we tried. Overall this is the best day out I have ever been on and is a MUST SEE when you visit the area! I will return. Thank YOU! We really enjoyed our visit to Goumas Winery! The short tour of the vineyard was very interesting, and the selection was diverse and well presented. The small bites served with the were tasty and paired nicely.
