This is an amazing location hidden away behind a stone wall and some bushy and large trees. Come on Co Wicklow and get you act together and sign post this location so others can enjoy all it has to offer. The waterfall is fantastic and will not disappoint, but finding it will be harder than enjoying the climb down to the bank, cheers Pas trouvé la cascade, mais le chaos en lui-même est assez sympa à faire. Le GPS vous emmène sur le parking, après à vous de vous débrouiller, il semblerait que la cascade se trouve sur la gauche du pont. Quand on est sur le parking, il faut donc passer le muret et crapahuter sur la gauche du pont avec la rivière sur la droite, nous y retournerons certainement I was staying locally so I definitely wanted to go find this spot .. You drive over the little bridge Park (depending on what side your coming from ) at the pull in beside the road ..walk over the bridge look for the oak tree on the opposite side there of where you are going climb over the wall 🧱 follow the well worn trail and after less than ten mins you will see the waterfalls at the end of the forest..I will go for a dip next time..I had a hike planned this time.. Magnificent place, but better to reach from the main road side, then cross low stone fence and you will reach the waterfall easily Great place. A (very) small carpark just before the bridge. You can get to the falls either by following the path up from the carpark with the to your right, but it's fairly steep down and, depending on the time of year, you can only get so far. Alternatively, a short way up the road over the bridge you can hop over the wall and along the other side of the to the falls. It's a slightly easier route and you can get further along all year round. The reward is a beautiful set of waterfalls, rushing water and pools. WELL WORTH IT! easy to be missed. we only found this 10 years after we 1st camped near here. just around the corner from glenmalure lodge its easy found. the is tricky at parts. you might have to climb over the odd obstacle. Very nice. Very beautiful place to visit!!!!!. You should take a dive into the water. You felt rejuvenated. There is a small trekking needed to reach the fall, but definitely a worth. The parking close to the fall is very limited. But there are spaces near to fall (even a barracks) within a kilometer radius. Mobile networks are nill, no one will disturb you from enjoying.!! Absolutely beautiful and a great swim spot! From the carpark it is only a 5 minute along the through the forest so terrain can be a bit challenging. Just over the bridge and you can access the path on the left hand side over the wall. A very beautiful place, a lot of climbing up the mountain but worth it for the view. Awesome waterfall, water was cold and soo pure... Absolutely stunning and will be returning! Just hoping it doesn't turn into a hotspot as it will be ruined if it is.
