Their is very kind and polite. We also got a ham and cheese towards the closing and they were so kind to us to offer food late at night. craic, best bar in the village with amazing owners and staff, spotless and a pint of Guinness! Pool in the lounge and conversation. Cracking pint of Guinness. are very welcoming, Niall is a gent. Heard the Heineken is but I don’t drink lager so it was a Guinness for me, very creamy on top with a thick head how I like it. Solid 9/10. It’s a place you could go for a quiet drink and a chat but also at the same time have some fun on a pool table and listen to some music on the juke box if that’s your thing either so definitely has the best of both worlds depending on your preferences. The patrons have always been very welcoming also. Overall solid old school typical Irish family run pub, which are more to my liking. Side note: Guinness was €5:80 Nice atmosphere,friendly and locals, Guinness. Outdoor seating is nice in the weather. Best pub in roundwood. Best toasties on a cold day or after long days work. We had a really evening and enjoyed chatting with Niall and hearing more about Roundwood Was a experience, pints were perfect , were , and Josh fanning gave head 👍 Have been in a few times with my son and his partner who have recently moved to the village.
