Kilmichael Point

Arklow, Ireland Nature preserve

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Alovely location with fantastic sea views, it has good parking and some lovely walks, you can along the cliff and admire the old ruins scattered around, the watch tower and what looked like old barracks. On the right day its beautiful, cheers It is worth a quick teip Dublin to come here and just relax. Bring all you need and stay at least 1/2 day. The water is amazingly clear! Great place to go for a walk, beautiful scenery. Just be careful if you're driving up as the roads are very tight. And keep your four legged friend on the leash if you're planning on walking close to the cliff edge. Good views of sea on a clear day , but the place is not developed as a tourist attraction. Certainly has the potential to become one . There is a 10-15 min to a beach nearby and it has some ruins of old costal houses . For me personally it's not on the list of must visit destination. Very calm and pleasant... You can spot seals if you are lucky One of the most places on the planet, especially on a nice evening, stepped in history and still some ruins, well a from kilmichael to kilpatrick where you can along a pure sand beach and visit a holy well at the bottom of the beach ⛱️ Lovely cliff walk, few coves and breathtaking views. Can't say the path is buggy friendly but we managed. Kids enjoyed our time out Beautiful place. Winter time very windy for fishing.
