Basking in the warm sun + others out at sea, swimmers & dog walkers, lovely beach, sand & stones, lots of pearly shells & rocks to climb, footpath along low cliff edge, smallish free parking lot that's big enough for couple of Campervans & a few cars, between Wicklow and Arklow, East Irish coastline ! A beautiful but it is quite stoney. Not a bad little beach. An impressive number of shells on the - in places it seems like there's more shells than stones or sand. Nice place but there’s some places near the rocks area I don’t recommend people to swim 🏊🏻‍♂️ over there. Because all that’s area has rocks inside the sea 🌊 which are sharped.! So, please be careful.!!! Very nice place. Any time of the year. If you are lucky you can see some lions. The only minus is parking. There are a couple spots for 6 or 7 cars. This is a great for walking the dog lovely clean beach. Very popular in the summer and you have to go early to get parking. This is a splendid for fishing day or night and have a picnic Good long for solitude and walking, not many people about usually, partly because of the poor access. I nightmare if its wet ! Lovely quiet . Perfect for a walk or for children Lovely place for a walk on a nice day along the beach, interesting rock formations can be seen on the shore during low tide periods, sandy dunes lovely 360° view from the top of the hill. The only cone I can highlight is the small car park at the entrance, when busy on a nice sunny day you might not be able to park beside the narrow road.
