I went to Tikka Asian Street Food after roaming the entire Wicklow. It is a nice standard Asian place with good quality food. We ordered pad thai, which was really good but lacked spices for my taste. Another food item was bang bang chicken, which was to be very honest, quite bad. It had toooooo much sweetness. For starters, we had prawns, spring rolls, and Tom Kha soup. All of the things were good. As an Asian, this restaurant serve decent Asians cuisine, as close as it can get, for eg, Tom Yum soup is nothing but sweet, satay sauce was sweet too. But they were yummy from my Spanish hub's perspective, that is, not spicy. 😂 The portion is huge, staffs are friendly, service is prompt. Love the crackers to go with the beer. Fantastic food, very nice staff and great views. Would recommend 100%. Very good prices too. Myself and my partner stopped here for dinner, the staff there were so kind and attentive we really appreciated their effort to make us feel welcome. Food is absolutely delicious and the portions and great, we ordered the chicken and cheese rolls, Pad Thai and Satay Duck - all superb quality and cooked to perfection! We don't live in Wicklow but if we visit the town again, we'll definitely come back to eat here Good Food with pocket friendly prices and enough options to choose from..!! The udon and Tom Yum were incredibly delicious. The restaurant is very cozy and clean, and the staff are so polite and attentive. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The food wasn’t even that bad, the problem was service, the waitress was extremely rude, she kept looking in a bad way at us and practically kicked us out of the restaurant, even tho we were literally the only customers. The weather was really bad, we were soaking wet and she didn’t even care. Definitely will never go back.
