Alot bigger than expected inside and multiple different types of spaces to choose from. We were a party of 7 and everyone seemed to enjoy their food and drink. Many of us said we'd happily and will return at some point. Had a very enjoyable lunch. Roast beef & stuffing sambo (the beef was tender & tasty) with skinny fries my partner had the ham & cheese toasties with fries. Good value. Service was quick and friendly. We'll be back. Waiters pretend don't see you. One waiter came first and took drinks only order. I had to get up to ask to order the food. One of the dishes was missing the side vegetables, I had to ask for it twice. It eventually arrived when my friend was almost done with the main. No one offered dessert or more drinks. Tables are clean only when people leave, so we were chatting after over the dirt plates and dishes. Terrible. I didn't see any manager or like around coordinating the floor. The last time I had to get up to look for a waiter, I almost couldn't finish my food anymore after. With the poor service, they are definitely "leaving money one the table". If service was decent, we would 100% order desserts and more drinks. A massive increase on the bill that we would be very happy to pay. Kids are treated very well and the pizzas are great. Every time we travel our little one always tells any other restaurant that the best chips in the world are at the N11 Great family restaurant! We enjoyed every element of our N11 visit, delicious food (my husband said the best chicken burger he’s ever had!), friendly service and good atmosphere. The dessert menu was a bonus, with all the favourites! We’ll be back soon!
