The food is just ok, but it's fine for snacks. The only thing is to just keep an eye on the little ones running around - they can get a big lost if you're not paying attention! Heard so much about this place from my grandkids decided to bring them. Great big carpark. Lovely girl greeted us, took the kids shoes, and gave me a ticket for the shoes and our expiry time. 9 euros per child. Lovely big area, sections for different age groups. Private areas for birthdays parties. Staff very helpful. Hot and cold food available. Delighted to get a cup of coffee in a mug, not those paper cups! When you time is up your name is called out. I think there is an amusement area? Well worth a visit. Will be back. I had my son’s 1st birthday party here, we had a great time and he loved the ball pit and toddler area, which were both huge. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Theres also an arcade underneath which is also a lot of fun for adults and children. It's the most spacious playground that I have ever seen in Ireland. It's nice and never too busy. They have a lot of natural light coming from the big windows. kids enjoyed it a bit dated downstairs but overall a good experience Brought my 8 month old and had to leave after 10 minutes for fear she would be hurt. There were older in the baby playing rough but no adult supervision. No member of staff were checking on the areas to ensure of the correct age were present. Me yesterday, 02/07/24. I was with two children, who are 8 old and 6 old. and with two more who are 1 year old. The price tag indicates that over 1 year old pay 7 €. In March it was indicated that pay after 2 years. I clarified with the manager that 1-year-old only sit in balls and do not use mazes and slides. The manager said to pay! Everything is fine, we paid! There is a big BUT!!!!!! I'm attaching the video! The dust and dirt in the balls have not been removed for a very long time. And the dust gathered into dirty balls. Our today have red and swollen eyes. After yesterday's visit to the kidzone, the scratch their eyes, their ears itch, they cry, they have tears, they are hysterical and their eyes turn sour. The capillaries in their eyes have burst. This is horror and a nightmare. We will never go there again! Better fresh air on the site. 100% our family does not recommend this establishment!!!!!
