Stayed here during a trip through the Tomorr mountains and loved everything about it. The is unreal, peaceful, green, and super relaxing. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the were really welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was a highlight — the food tasted homemade and fresh, especially the warm bread and traditional dishes. We were so satisfied that we even invited part of the to our table and offered them something as a gesture of appreciation for their excellent service. Last I would have rated the experience 10/10. Unfortunately, this was completely different. I didn’t receive the same warm treatment—instead, I was met with arrogance from the staff. I politely asked if I could sit in the back area of the venue, where there is a beautiful view, just to have a coffee. I was told rudely to sit in the front, in the middle of the noise, surrounded by children, under the hot sun. Ironically, in the area I requested, there were already plenty of people sitting and enjoying only coffee, not food, so the excuse made no sense. It almost feels like only people dressed in expensive clothes are welcomed in that part of the venue. I left very disappointed. The difference between last year’s hospitality and this year’s experience is huge. Sadly, you have proven to be very unprofessional and disrespectful towards loyal clients. The restaurant has a very poor menu. Almost half of the dishes on the menu cannot be prepared. The service is very slow, and the waiters are not polite at all. The is very beautiful! the road to Mount Tomorri had asphalt, but the road was very narrow and without barriers, so you need to be very careful. the location of the hotel and the outside was very fantastic, also the cleanliness in the room was clean. some of the food was not organic and the service of some waitresses was very bad, without culture and with arrogance I recently stayed at Perla e Tomorrit, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The restaurant in itself is not good. We had the chance to eat here and the food was not good. Unfortunately we found dead flies in the food, the fries were uncooked and the meat was tasteless and full of hair. We are very sad we got so disappointed in this restaurant.
