We came here because of the great reviews and, honestly, at first we weren’t even sure it was a restaurant. Then a very sweet older lady appeared, turned on the lights, and welcomed us in with such warmth—even though she spoke almost no English. A few friendly locals were there too, which made the place feel even more genuine and cozy. We’re both vegetarians, and despite the language barrier it was no problem. The lady video-called her daughter, who kindly took our order. We didn’t even know exactly what we’d end up getting—just that it would be vegetarian—and what arrived was fantastic: fresh, flavorful, and clearly homemade. Everything tasted amazing. The hospitality was truly heart-warming, the portions generous, and the value unbeatable: with drinks, our whole meal was only about €20. The best food we’ve had in Albania… and up there with best food we’ve had out. Absolutely delicious, we wish we could eat here every day. Was so so incredible and tasty, home made and fresh. The lady and gentleman didn’t speak any English but were so welcoming and friendly to us. Would love to one day visit again. Since the owners didn’t speak English, I ended up having a video call with their daughter to place the order. We simply told her how much we wanted to spend - so we really had no idea what we’d be getting or how much. It turned out to be such a fun and memorable experience! They brought out a generous amount of food for the price, including a surprise treat of cold watermelon and even some fresh nuts they picked from their tree. The food tasted incredibly homey—like something my grandma would make. The owners were absolutely lovely. Despite the language barrier, we still managed to communicate quite a bit and share some laughs. Thank you for the warm hospitality! Great attention from the lady who runs the place. Looked like it was a shop but I asked and she phoned her daughter who helped with translation. Asked how much we wanted to spend and she grab the ingredients from her veggie ga rden. Pita home made was excellent. It was cold at the patio and we were welcomed inside. We asked them to stop smoking and they did for the kids. This restaurant gives a cozy vibe. It's owned by an elderly couple who are welcoming and will make sure you feel like you're at home. Great place for budget friendly meals. The flavour of the food is unmatched. Pure traditional Albanian homemade food. It has plenty of outdoor area sorrounded by trees. There is also a small indoor restaurant you can dine in during chilly nights which also has a fireplace!! Bonus: they also own a small market you can grab some snacks from. I wish i could rate it 10 stars! Nice and cozy restaurant with a very nice and hospitable owner for whom nothing is too much. We were provided with a delicious dinner. Afterwards we were treated to delicious pieces of watermelon and grapes. Price is cheap compared to other restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!
