Drumul 60% asfaltat ,20% în lucru și 20% neamenajat,dar pietruit! Se poate ajunge cu mașini mici,de preferat în zile însorite! Mănăstirea e frumoasă! Am avut ocazia să întâlnesc un preot care a explicat unui ...ignorant....icoanele, obiceiurile și construcțiile din curtea mănăstirei! Recomand celor mai credincioși decât subsemnatul și celor iubitori de peisaje! Take the time to actually visit cheile manastirii as well. Everybody crowds in the Rameti gorges, but these have their own charm. There is an old road behind the monastery, hiking it up for about 1,5 h will get you views over Manastirii gorges and a view over Alba county, as well as visiting a tiny forgotten village. Well worth the detour for a half day or day long hike! Careful of the dogs in the village, keep your own on a leash! Superb! nice, but the gorges are really short, the road passes right through them.
