Tremendous experience! Indoor and outdoor pools. Dry and wet saunas. chambers. Delicious food! A quite new facility of bath in salted thermal water but not only. They got inside and outside both with salted and normal water, jacuzzi sauna and whatever a spa needs. It has a restaurant and bar inside and a shop for ice cream and drinks. Locker rooms are a bit tight, might have trouble if crowded which usually it is. Sunbeds all around the inside and outside, prices are reasonable. In front of the facility can find sports ground to play different sports. I recommend this place. A beautiful place for spending and enjoy the wather and sauna. Good food also and the prices are very good. The Ocna Mureș baths are the perfect place to while away a few hours. We visited on a weekday evening and while they were busy, they were probably much less so than had we gone on a weekend. I bought a four-hour ticket which cost 50RON, which granted me access to the various indoor baths, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. There is also an outdoor pool but it was closed by the we got there. There is also a cafe/restaurant onsite. The whole complex is clean, modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my trip to Transylvania, highly recommend a visit. Finally Baile Sarate (Salt Baths Resort) have been completed. I enjoyed every visit. It is work in progress for the resort and for the people that need to learn how to use them, but is a great start! Some of the and the treatment department are still to open. It is worth visiting for fun, treatment and therapy! We had a fabulous and relaxing day swimming in the different pools! Clean place, great for the entire family. Although it was a little crowded because it was Sunday, I loved it. They have 2 indoor (with different concentration) and a thermal pool. There are also 2 outdoor pools, but they were empty because it was cold outside. They also have a restaurant and a souvenir shop. It was a relaxing experience. Nic, well maintained. A little crowded at the we were there but it was a autumn holiday period. It is a very nice and cozy place to relax and have some thermal baths. A bit too crowdy all the time. Not sure if there are any limits on number of customers allowed to enter. There is an on-site restaurant, but you need to be prepared for a loooooong waiting in line, plus there are not many options. It could be amazing place if there would be some limit for selling entrance tickets! But unfortunately there is no limit and that’s why no place for comfort spending… 1. many people have no deck chairs and they have to sit on the ground; 2. Huge lines to buy any drink or food (minimum 20 minutes need to spend for to get something); 3. Not enough umbrellas and that’s why not enough shadow - easy peasy to get sunstroke; 4. There are no hooks for towels and swimsuits in the showers; 5. For couples they give just one locker with 1 key - it’s extremely not comfortable because showers, toilets and changing rooms for male and female in different places of course… 6. This center opens at 9a.m. but remember that on weekends/summer/holidays at this 200 people line already!… What can I say… salty pool is very nice (260% salt) and healthy - that water keeps you like in Dead Sea! The space is really small (the changing rooms, the showers, the hallway etc). It is not really made for more than 10 people changing once. But its cheap and the indoor are nice. Great for families with kids. There are two indoor pools, one with fresh water and one with water. Two saunas, dry and wet and a few jacuzzis. I skipped one star for the Check-in/Check-out process which is somehow bothersome and should be better tuned. The locker room is too narrow. Other than that it's a great location.
