One of the Best Places To Visits in Brădești Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Great place for hiking and discovering no difficult track. Amazing place for hicking! You need to go with good equipment as there are area where it is quite dangerous. Other than that, enjoy the spectacular view. The most spectacular I've been through Romania! Quite difficult too, needs skills and adequate hiking equipment. The was up to the knees at most (this actually is a low level, making the visitable). Higher level of will significantly increase the difficulty, making the crossing highly dangerous. The views on the are absolutely stunning, if you have the chance this adventure is a must, best to be enjoyed with friends in the summer. The are 5 km long and it should take an average of 2.5 hours to cross them in each direction (forth, then back). Excellent place to go hiking. It's a medium level hiking trail with walking on chains and alternatively through water. It's recommended during summer when the is not that high. This is a great place for a good 2h-3h hike, it gets more technical towards the end and shoes are recommended for wading through the shallow instead of climbing on the steps and chains. A bit of a via Ferrata and bouldering style. Excellent air, and such a nice hike for a more sporty group. Highly recommended. Fantastic experience, beautiful nature. Raw and perfect! And on top of that it's all for free.... short but Great canyon. Need to walk inside the in some parts. Go till the end and meet the ancient farm of Gabi and Eliana which can host you in a beautiful and special place Geoagiu "river" was really low in debit, so we did the tracking just simple walking in the valey of the river, in many places. It was possible due to the dry season. Perfect time to do the tracking is in summer (July, August) and during the week, avoinding the weekends, or the free national days. At the start of the canion, you can leave your car in a small parking, belonging to a local old man, who is charging you 10 lei (2 euros) for the entire day. The road from Alba Iulia to the canyon was just perfect, and it last aprox 45 minutes. You should consider around 3 to 4 hours to pass and to revert the canyon. We did it with our girls (12, 14 years old) in aprox 4 hours, but we did stop a lot of times to do perfect pictures 🙃 and we also decided to follow the suspended paths for all the zones when usual you have to escalade/climbe if the river would have been in normal or extra debit (so we didn't choose the easy way, through water, to speed up the adventure. When you pass the canyon, at it's end, you'll reach a small vilage Cheia, and you'll find a genuine local property of a relocated man (from Constanta, with his family) who can offer you fresh lemonade, beer, pepsi or coffee, for 15 lei (3 euros) each drink. You can also buy from him small souvenirs. He does not serve any food, so we recommend you to have some sandwiches or snacks. Do we recommend you to go tracking the Râmeț Canyon? Definitely! Great adventure here in the Gorges! Especially in the summer time, yesterday we had a challenging hike among the gorges, sunny day,the level was low per total in some areas. Recommend to have adequate shoes! Later we stopped by at the Village Cheia! On our way back we visited the monastery Râmeț. A wonderful place to get away from the noise of civilization. Breathtaking landscapes. A great way to relax. Beautiful trail through the gorge - but not an easy hike, and get ready to be wet, unless you are a really experienced climber. Un loc superb în care ești doar tu cu natura. Atenție apă poate fi pe alocuri adâncă. Very pretty walk along the gorge. Bring an extra pair of shoes as there are multiple river crossings and be prepared for tricky foot/handholds. Egyik legkalandosabb szurdok. Kötelező látnivaló a természet szerelmeseinek. You will get wet so I recommend sandals or some kind of watter footwear but with grip. Beautiful gorges. We went early september and we crossed just 3 people. It’s fun to walk on the iron hooks but you can also walk in the river where the level is low. In some places it can get very slippery, so appropriate shoes are recommended. If you go by car there is a parking after Ramet Monastery (about 15 min by car). There are the bleu signs along the way. Dificil, dar frumos.
