Our very first in our caravan and the rest have trouble living up to the reputation, fantastic for kids with a small playground between the touring vans and a huge play centre further down and lots more. Facilities good but possibly toilet block requiring more regular attention but fine nonetheless, well maintained in general. Lovely for all the family. Clean and plenty of activities Such a pity......arrived at 12 today all seemed good except for 40 euro a night....... 9.15in the evening now my girlfriend and I went for a walk to the seafront at the lower part of the park when we're verbally assulated by the "night manager" for carrying a sealed bottle of wine with us?? No identification present, was just a total stranger to us shouting from far side of park when asked for ad he wouldn't provide any and wouldn't even give his name!! Just felt v intimidated, 4/5 hours away from home now and we've to leave with nowhere to feel safe.........IDEAL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND (and we're well experienced camper) joke of a place never back EVER We stayed in one of the log cabins with a hot tub out the back. The hot tub is pretty big and was great for all four ( two adults two kids) of us at the same time. The staff were great and especially Paul and Michelle who were very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. A very refreshing trip to Donegal and it was great having such a nice base for us to relax in after a day out seeing the sights around Mulroy Bay and Dunfanaghy. Thanks for the holday! The greatest place I been I am going to get a caravan for myself 😆 the place is so good and the vibe is the best you can rent movies, there is a arcade and my kid loved area 50 it was so good. There is a park that closes but you can go to a different park that is open 24/7. The staff are so friendly 100/10 so sure that you should go.
