I could have spent hours in this place. I went to this shop today looking for a specific item and was excited to have a look at some of the products they have in store. Unfortunately I couldn't find the item I was looking for. While there I was drinking a takeaway from another business. While having a look at their selection of products I used the bathroom at the premises. When I exited the bathroom I was berated by who I can only assume is the manager/owner of the business. He loudly told me I was extremely rude for drinking another in his shop and using the bathroom. As I walked towards the door, he even called after me continuing in this aggressive manner. I found his behavior completely unprofessional and intimidating. I didn't realize on entering that I would not buy anything from his shop. I think this display towards customers is unacceptable and I'm genuinely shocked. If I had have been aware on entering that that was an issue it would not have been a problem. I won't be returning here and would discourage others because of this offpputting display from a member of their staff. The place has an excellent choice of desserts and is quite good. The cheese shop has a good variety and excellent quality of products. They have exotic sauces available as well which would go well with dishes at home. Overall, I liked the vibe and cleanliness. Lovely spot in Ramelton with a variety of delicious cheeses and nice to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Such an amazing experience today talking over cheeses and tasting with the owner at the deli. The cheese selection is like nothing I’ve come across before. The was really lovely too. I can’t wait to go back!
