We stopped in for a late lunch and had a nice experience! Staff were friendly and the food was tasty. Our coffee’s were very nice and we enjoyed a little sweet as well! Lovely friendly staff welcomed us and the selection of cakes and scones was enough to tempt Job. Had a great pot of tea in China tea set and fruit scone with lovely raspberry jam. I then sent a photo to my other sister to make her jealous as this is her favorite places to have tea in Derry. Nice funky looking shop. The food, which is mainly sandwiches was very tasty even down to the salad garnish having dressing. There's plenty of choice of sandwiche fillings so something for everyone. Delicious!! We went in for breakfast and had two scrambled eggs and bacon. One tea and one coffee. You had to get your own menu and then order at the counter. It cost €28 and the food wasn't that good. We wouldn't go back. Customer Service and basic manners very poor. Visited a Saturday recently and both myself and another customer ignored at counter while staff spoke to each other. No acknowledgement or information provided to us on food options when I asked either and ignorantly instructed to go to counter to order. Table wasn't cleared while we waited a long time for the food. Place wasn't even busy. Food was ok, nothing special. Wont be back. Felt unwanted.
