The apartment (we were in #1) needed a good cleaning. Some light fixtures didn’t work and the staircase had a loud squeak. The couches (2 love seats) were worn and the padding was past its prime. The beds were so hard sleep came sparingly. The apartments form a 3-sided “U” shape so if groups are in the courtyard making any noise it echos around generously sharing it with every unit. Great place, easy to access 8 of us rented two lodges for NYE with two dogs. We absolutely loved our stay here and were very welcoming and friendly. The lodges were better than expected and the pictures online don’t do them justice. Would recommended. We attended as wedding guests recently.. exceptional service from the moment we arrived.. the setting, facilities in the house and wedding marquee, the food, drinks and music were fantastic but needless to say, it was the friendly and welcoming who made the difference.. Great attention to detail and constantly checking that all guests were looked after. We'll done Jimmy and We called in for lunch and it was excellent. All were very friendly and efficient.
