Nice houses with almost all the necessary stuff. The interior design is very generic. Low sides: coffee machine is there but you have to bring the coffee and the rest yourself. There's also no other place to get coffee in the morning, which is a pity. Lovely ambience and atmosphere, perfect for families and for pets. The area is wonderful and lively. Staff are very friendly and the resort is highly scenic which is a plus. Wonderful location; it is close to Maastricht and numerous shops and restaurants - just a quick drive away. Would be nicer if the houses were a little further away from one another for more privacy - but that's just me nitpicking! Would stay here again! Pretty nice, we had an issue with the room smelling strongly like sewage but it went away after the shower was used. Overall very cute! Swimming pool doesn’t seem to be heated Don't forget to bring your house with you. No towels, bedsheets, coffee, tea. You have to pay extra for all this basic stuff. And they expect you to clean and take out the trash as well. We booked the Accommodation through Aibnb. The host from Belvilla, was an absolute nightmare. No reaction to our requests like late check-in, only standard automatic response. They asked for extra payment which was not listed in the description. the hotel blackmail us by blocking the key cars, we had to pay over 200 euros to have access to the accommodation again. The heating was not working properly, complain 2 times, they couldn't fix it. Not amusing with negative temperatures. Was an absolute nightmare! Absolute disaster — unsafe, unprofessional, unacceptable. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. After a long journey, we arrived late at night, entered the cabin we were assigned — only to find another family already sleeping inside. Imagine the panic, the shock, the fear, for us and for them. This is not just poor service — this is a massive security breach. The resort has NO control over its bookings, NO system in place to prevent such humiliating and dangerous mistakes. They sent an apology email. That’s it. No compensation, no accountability, no real attempt to fix the damage done. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care even slightly about your safety and peace of mind, stay far away. Very bad response from the staff during trying to connect with the resort by calling. Super rude as I don’t speak Dutch and coundnt understand what number to press to reach the reception. I believe we have all the same rights to be treated nicely and get clear information if we have a question.
