Lately the service quality has decreased, especially in the drive-through. Mixed orders. Half full french fries. Giving drinks and ice-creams and let us waiting for 15min for the rest of the order. Amongst others. But today, it's just not acceptable anymore. I have been served a burger with chunks of old grease from grill, just disgusting!!! Edit: Again, order large fries a it comes half full. When I asked, they told it's normal. This is just absurd and stealing. On 2 out of 3 orders at this McDonald's something goes wrong! I waited 25 minutes for my order even though there were only about five people ahead. Half of the self-service machines were out of order, which added to the delay and confusion. There’s no table service, so customers are left standing around the counter waiting, which creates unnecessary congestion. Overall, the service felt inefficient and poorly managed. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience.
